Pineapple Kiwi Enzymes
Ingredients:
Pineapple
Kiwi
Lemon
Green Apple
Grapes and
Rocksugar
Method: Clean the fruits, dry it and place all of them into a container. Seal up the container and let it ferment for 2 weeks or more. Thereafter, refrigerate and drink.
Benefits: Helps in digestion.
Radish Enzymes
Ingredients:
Radish
Lemon
Malt Sugar
Rock Sugar
Method: Wash the radish and remove the skin. Cut it into pieces. Slice the lemon. Place all of them into a container. Seal up the container and let it ferment for 2 weeks or more. Thereafter, refrigerate and drink.
Benefits: Sooth the throat and reduces cough.
Mandarin Orange Enzymes
Ingredients:
Mandarin Orange
Lemon
Rock Sugar
Method: Half the orange, slice the lemon. Place all of them into a container. Seal up the container and let it ferment for 2 weeks or more. Thereafter, refrigerate and drink.
Benefits: Helps in indigestion and after meal burps.
Grape Enzyme
Ingredients:
Red Grapes
Carrots
Beetroot
Kiwi Fruit
Lemon
Pineapple (just a bit)
Rock Sugar
Method: Peel the grapes and the kiwi. Cut the pineapples, carrots and beetroot into pieces. Place all of them into a container. Seal up the container and let it ferment for 2 weeks or more. Thereafter, refrigerate and drink.
Benefits: Helps blood circulate, rheumatism and arthritis
Radish Condiment
Ingredients:
2 radishes
1 spoonful of honey
2 spoonful of apple cider/vinegar
Lemon juice from half a lemon
A dash of salt
Rock sugar
Method: Wash the radishes, with the skin and leaves, cut into long strips. Add salt to marinate for half and hour. Wash the radishes and dry it. Add the rest of the ingredients in and put a rock on it. Seal it up and refrigerate it. Can be consumed after 3 days. * adding the rock helps the fermentation process to be more even. The radish is consumed as a condiment.
Benefits: Used as an appetizer.
